I installed the latest version(1.2.6) of Joplin on my Windows Pro 8 desktop. When attempting to start the program, all I get is a blank window. If I should click on the location where the menus are located, I can see the menu content. Beyond that, absolutely nothing. I have Joplin working absolutely fine on my Windows 10 desktop.
I have attached the screenshots of the application after starting, and the logfile as well. An almost identical problem seems to have occurred here, but the solution proposed here does not work in my case.
