Joplin Web Clipper just stops at "Connecting to the Joplin application...". It works fine at my work PC (which has a lot more restrictions) but not at my PC at home. OS: Windows 10. Have you activated the web-clipper service in Joplin? (Tools > Options > Web clipper)
