Tool bar and note list disappeared. No acces to configuration. Windows 10. I can't use Windows app

I can see "About" dialog. I can't access the "Help" or "Joplin" menu. That's the problem.
Don't know the Joplin version. I can't see it. I filled in the field with 2.13.2 in order to be able to send this topic.

What issue do you have?

When I started the application to look for a note, the Note list was not there. When I selected a Notebook, only one note appeared on the right panel and I wasn't able to see any other note inside any notebook.
Then I clicked on one option of the menu bar. After manipulating something, the toolbar didn't show anymore.
Now, I don't have access to the note list, to the toolbar, neither the configuration menu.
I can't solve the problem.

You can show the note list again from the menu View => Toggle note list

And the menu bar with [CTRL] [SHIFT] [M]
Except if you modify the shortcuts like me :slight_smile:

Thank you for your replied, but I could see the toolbar.
Anyway, I solved it my self. I found in the web documentation that the configuration panel can be open by the shortcut Ctrl+,
Once I could open the configuration screen, I found there a list of all the available shortcuts, then I recovered the note list I missed.
