Title says it all.
There are some cases where I think it's just better to temporarily disable sync. See this post for such a use case.
A toggle switch on the main screen would be great, to easily see if sync is enabled or not.

Fully agree, in particular since one cannot just temporarily select "(none)" as target in the settings, without loosing the entries in .... say ... nextcloud or webdav.
