Thanks & sync much improved

Hi all,

I wanted to say "Thank you" to all the devs and team that are making such a great application.

Over the past couple of years that I've been using Joplin, I've found that sync in my environment was a bit slow and sometimes took days to complete. You have helped me many times and understanding this is a community, I really appreciate all the help that everyone has provided.

Today, no issues to report. But I did want to provide feedback that in the most recent update 3.2.12 (I use Win, Mac, Android, Linux to sync to NextCloud), the sync is the best it has ever been. Thanks very much for the improvement!!

Keep up the good work and again, thank you everyone for the project and support!

Thanks for kind words, and glad that sync has improved for you.

We did remove the need to lock/unlock the sync target in 3.2, which is likely to bring performance improvement. To be fair, locking/unlocking wasn't really doing anything anymore so removing it was a bit like dropping a zero on a speed up loop. : )
