Linking tags to specific (multiple) places in the note

I don't know whether this is already possible, or whether such a feature could be added to Joplin?

Like most people, I will tag a note with a particular tag because it will contain content that relates to that tag, sometimes in more than one place in the same note.

I'd love to be able to open a note and be able to skip forward to all the places in sequence in the note that relate to any selected tag on the note.

Is there any way of Joplin catering for this type of behaviour, either now or in the future?

Is it possible now to tag specific portions of a note with a tag instead of the entire note?

Just for info you can also link to specific sections of another note using headings in that note as anchor points. Say you have a note called "Target Note" with a section in it that has a header ## Important Information. If you want to link directly to the "Important Information" section you get the Markdown link for "Target Note" (as detailed above).
