Joplin on new Mac can't see prior Dropbox sync

New Mac installation does not see / sync with notes from first Mac on Dropbox.

New Mac version Joplin 2.8.8 (prod, darwin), Sync Version: 3
Profile Version: 41
Keychain Supported: Yes

MacBook Air, Big Sur 11.6.7

Entered the sync token from Dropbox in new Mac but no luck.

Please help and thanks in advance.

Update: received this Error: Cannot acquire sync lock: either the lock could be written but not read back. Or it was expired before it was read again.

It usually means the connection is slow or throttle by proxy or company firewall. You need to provide the full log if you want help with this.
