Joplin On mobile device do not Receive notes to other synced devices

Work environment
1.PC: Windows 10 Home edition 64 bit
Joplin Version: 2.7.15
2 Laptop: Windows 10 Home edition 64 bit
Joplin Version: 2.5.12

3:Mobile Device android 10
Joplin Version: 2.7.2

What I did

  • Disabled Encryption on all Devices.
  • Created a unique note to each device.
  • Pressed on the "Synchronize" Button on the PC.
  • Waited for the sync process to complete.
  • Pressed on the "Synchronize" Button on the Laptop.
  • Waited for the sync process to complete.
  • Pressed on the "Synchronize" Button on the Mobile Device.
  • Waited for the sync process to complete.

What I expected
All the unique notes will now appear on every synced device.

What actually happened.
Unique Notes only appeared on the laptop and on PC but on the mobile device.

I am using Joplin cloud in order to sync the devices

this is an on going issue and i am not sure how to fix it?
is any have an idea?

Did you keep the mobile app active? If the device goes to sleep then sync won't complete as Joplin doesn't currently have background sync on mobile.

the screen got turned off several times through a test but i kept turning it on.
until its said "Complete."

That could be the issue, it should remain on the entire time whilst it syncs or it might fail.
