I messed up the sync! Please HELP

Please HELP,

I messed up the sync! On my Android phone I synced via Dropbox... and the windows Desktop via Onedrive... I know I'm very, very stupid. The info at Dropbox is useless, but at my Onedrive I see lots of info. I reinstalled Joplin on my desktop and selected the option to remove the local files and sync it with the info at Onedrive. At a one point I saw about 290 files were updated! But......in the app Joplin nothing appears.....

I'm very desperate...is there a way to restore the content on Onedrive?
