What issue do you have?

I have Joplin on my new phone and on my desktop computer. Somehow they have become out of sync. Notes are not showing up on one device or another. Items are encrypted and inaccessible on a different device than the one the note was written on.

I just want to completely reset Joplin and start from scratch. Remove my profile, revoke access to my Dropbox, delete all corresponding files (except for the notes backup), and set up the program from scratch.

How can this be achieved?
