How to take new highlights in same file for same webpage

Problem: Jopling web clipper makes a new note for every new highlight.

Explanation: Taking 10x highlights from xyz website will make 10x new notes.

At first this seems okay. But everyday reading & highlights creates hundreds of new notes which become difficult to organize.

I personally took over 400 highlights over past 3 weeks.

Solution: I need highlights from same link (xyz website) to go in the same note. Not create 10x new notes for same web page.

Question: Where can I find this option/setting?

The "Combine Notes" plugin could come in handy here. But you're right: It would be better to tackle the issue at the root cause.
