I did find some previous discussion on these
Hello,
I’m using Joplin now for serveral weeks now and am pretty happy with it.
Is it possible to export a complete notebook or serveral marked notes to PDF?
I didn’t find a way.
Kind regards,
Marvin
As far as I understand you like to share notes with your students. Perhaps some plugins that support to publish/share notes can help? Just an idea, I never used them myself:
:bangbang:or have a look at the sharing option in Joplin Cloud Joplin Cloud Plans | Joplin
There quite a lot of tools which generate notes from various other application (web, email, other similar tools), but I am missing tools which a allow quick sharing of notes.
This sharing could be via email, whatsapp-messages, into a todo-application etc.
Personally I miss ‘note to email’ - is there anybody working on it?
Sorry, if I missed an available tool, or similar feature requests
I often import information from Google News into Joplin but unfortunately the way I do it is the way you suggest to Quick Share and then I select Joplin and what it does is Add a new note with the URL to the news article. It's efficient and simple but doesn't cover all of your bases.
On Android I found another workaround that is an extra step but it gets the job done for me and that is to share my news article to the Firefox web browser or just already be in the Firefox web browser for Android …
On the phone apps (Android in my case) I'd like a easier way to handle notes. That is: share, delete and copy buttons. When a note is opened these buttons could appear somewhere instead of being two clicks away in the three dot menu.
A long press a note or multiple notes should also allow these functions.
Also Buttons/shortcuts to Sub divide sections/paragraphes within a single note would be cool. Sections that can be navigated to with and index and shared individually.

Hi everyone,
First of all, I want to say how much I love Joplin. I've looked for a solution for a long time and it’s one of the rare tools that manages to be both powerful and ethical.
That’s why I’d like to raise a few points that could make collaboration even better:
Sharing a single note isn’t possible.
Currently, collaboration can only happen at the notebook level. To share one specific note with someone, you have to create a new notebook, move that note into it, and share the whole not…
Based on these discussions I planned a proposal to implement a quick share feature to export , I believe for Mobile version a quick sharing export feature is must especially for cross platform setups and education communities where user can share it to multiple others at once via QR.
I would like to know your views on it and would be happy to discuss this project in more detail.
Thanks for your time and consideration.
