What issue do you have?
I modify and synchronize the notes between different PCs, and after synchronization, information like "Created local items: 35" is displayed.
I find it strange that "Deleted remote items" is often displayed. I rarely delete notes in the app; most of the time, I just add content to the notes.
I’m not sure if the app deletes old notes first, then inserts new ones when synchronizing with OneDrive.
Also, is a note composed of items?

Updated local items: 6
Deleted remote items: 7
