Update 02:
Problem was the resource files were not downloaded in binary mode. Changed FTP settings, re-downloaded all the resource files and it started working. 
Update 01:
I was able to download all the files, point Joplin to the downloaded folder and sync started just fine. Only problem is, none of the resources will decrypt. The notes were decrypted, but any images/files in the notes will not. Any ideas?
I"m having trouble with my WebDav server/sync. I'm wanting to manually move my notes from WebDav (via FTP) down to my computer, RESET Joplin and tell the app to use the local file system for sync.
Would this be possible to do? Can I use the manually downloaded files from the WebDav server and place them in the "local filesystem sync folder" for Joplin to use? If so, I'd appreciate some help in doing this...
