there is nothing to copy because the installation fails.
What issue do you have?
I am working with version 2.10.19. At startup I update to version 2.13.11 and get the error message (see attachment). Result: Joplin is not accessible at all.
What did I do next: via the Program Files/Joplin run the "Joplin Uninstaller.exe". Result: entire contents of this folder have been removed. (Reinstalling older version also fails as long as this folder is not empty). After several attempts I reinstalled the old version 2.10.19.
Question: how can the update still happen?
