So I'm still using version 2.12.19 because the last update i tried failed and I'm afraid things go south I've been avoiding to upgrade to the latest version.
Is it okay to stick in the past like this or should i just see to fix the problem and get it upgraded?

What issue do you have?

Can't upgrade and wondering if upgrading is the best solution.

What do you mean by "failed" exactly? Also, which version of Windows is it specifically?

edit: i've just been able to upgrade to version 3.1.20 without any problems
