What issue do you have?

If you happen to be using the "--profile" flag in your Joplin shortcut and update to the latest version, Joplin will no longer start. The processes are visible in the Task Manager, but they are at 0% CPU usage. I waited 2 hours, and the Joplin window never showed up. This happened on two different PCs.

The way I got it to work was to temporarily rename my Joplin profile folder (this step is probably not necessary but just play it safe), uninstall Joplin, reinstall Joplin latest version, start Joplin once and then quit the program, rename the profile folder back to what it was, and finally edit the Joplin shortcut and add the "--profile" flag. Now it should start fine and you'll see all your notes.

I have the same issue when my drive is missing space.
Except those last days since I think the 3.3.3 (I update immediately everytime) : it was more and more difficult to have JOPLIN starts... On Windows not on Kubuntu...
