Unable to understand how to sign CLA

What issue do you have?

I am a newbie in opensourcing, today i solved my first bug and when merged it , it gave a error of cla not signed , and my pr got closed after this.

(also i guess admin has blocked me from further pr's as i cant comment or generate a pr again )

HELP ME OUT PLEASE

It seems your PR was closed not because of CLA, but because you didn't follow the guide in CONTRIBUTING.md
