If Search..., Import, and Export can reach commands from all groupings and sections, I support your proposals:

  • Re-evaluate the list
  • Create function groupings
  • Store uncommon commands under Show Advanced Settings toggle like other Options pages

This makes Keyboard Shortcuts show all available commands but adds friction for those not meant for casual use.
