What issue do you have?

I just spent time writing a ticket with many details and screenshots and logs.
Then, submiting errors "new user, only one file", and delete the full text of my ticket.... !!!! this is adding problem to problem.

I create a ticket and will add details after, to avoid my text to be lost

ok, i can not upload other file (new user).

I was sold priority support, but uploading another file is not an option.

OK, let’s be blind.

Problem: the conflicting folder keep going more and more populated, and get out of control.
10 000s of files….

Note that we did NO change on our notes, neither on attached file.
So, there should no be any conflicts.

I tryed:

- disable all features that could “automatically” alter files, (OCR, change History, spelling…) no change.

- delete all local files, and re-sync. no change.

only 2 desktop, encryption active.

Now, our account is “disabled” by joplincloud (> 50Go).

Can i expect any support (the one i paid for) here ?

Hello, it would be better to start over and reimport the data, as there are too many problems.

First delete all your data using the Victor plugin. Then sync, and wait for sync to be completed and all data deleted.

Then reimport your notes and sync again. Wait for sync to be completed before doing anything else, just to be sure.

Also it would help to know what steps you followed to get there.

Did you setup just one computer and synced? Or multiple computers?

Did you import the data on just one computers or multiple ones?
