Synchrinization issue 2.10.19 with DropBox

I use Joplin on Windows 11, Android, and Windows 10 devices, and I'm experiencing the issue on all three platforms since I updated to 10.19. It seems to just synchronize forever and never update or bring down new data. I'm not sure if this is related, but on the developer console I see a lot of "put locks/2_1_(...).Json", and my locks folder is jam packed with files.

Update - I feel pretty silly. That screenshot is from my main folder, not my locks folder- the locks folder only has two files in it

I took a risk and deleted the lock files - everything started syncing correctly after that
