What issue do you have?
I use the portable App on two different notebooks with Windows 10 and on two android devices. The synchronization with dropbox works fine.
But I tried to use the portable App on a new Windows 11 notebook.
I tried various settings with encryption and without encryption, with master password etc., but I just can't get the synchronization to work on this Windows 11 platform.
my setting: Encryption is disabled
Master password: valid
Any further idea? Do I need to change to the non-portable App?
