Sync Issue Version 1.0.176

Hello,

New to Joplin here,
Am not able to understand how sync works. I want sync the notes to my Dropbox account. How to link the app to dropbox?
I tried to search but didn’t find any related posts in the search.
In the setting synchronization tab am not able to see any option to link account.
I have attached an image. Am using on windows 10
