Spellcheck causes more problems than it’s worth

I agree. I think one solution is a standard modal spell checker option, instead of continual inline spell checking (which personally I find a distraction anyway). I recently wrote this here -

Dedicated spell checker. I’m someone who generally doesn’t like WYSIWYG spell checking as I write as I find it distracting, but I like to use a manual spell check when I’m ready (ie like you can with the standard F7 shortcut in Word or Outlook). I was wondering if this would be possible in Joplin; is there already a manual dedicated spell checker dialogue in the code that could be instantiated by the user, rather than the current system? If not, is this a big task to implement?
