Some items cannot be synchronised message persists beyond solution

What issue do you have?

I imported my Joplin data from Evernote (months ago). It's been working successfully on 2 W10 PCs, android phone and iPhone. But. On the PC, it always shows this message. Across multiple versions of Joplin. I have searched out the complained of items in the report: I believe they are all pictures that were in old notes I imported from Evernote, and likely the picture didn't come across. But I searched in Joplin, found the notes with those attachment names, and deleted the notes, and cleared the trash. But Synchronisation still produces what looks like exactly the same complaint. How can I stop Joplin trying to find things that I don't want and that don't exist?
(And WTF does Joplin export a "sync report" in a CSV format this forum won't upload - c'mon folks? Renamed.)
