Is there a way to get the split layout view to stop appearing when cntrl + f’ing to search within a document?
Nothing major here, just a stupid annoyance but would like to have to option to remain in editor mode and not the view or wysiwyg mode when cntrl F’ing.

I think there’s a gh issue open for that. I think it has to do with the fact that searches are done on the preview and not the editor.
This came up before but I can’t recall the outcome of the discussion. I’ll have to check gh and the forum.
Thank you. Well, if it helps, it doesn’t matter which mode you are in editor or preview, the split view still appears.

Any luck on finding the gh thread on this issue? It’s still apparent in the recent updates.
