What issue do you have?
When I search across all notes and close the search by ESC or clicking the "X" on the search box, the text remains highlighted in the editor pane. The preview pane clears the highlight, but the editor pane does not.

### Current behaviour
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new note with contents: A B C D E F G
2. In the search bar type A
3. Open the previously created note
4. Double click the note in the note list so it opens in a new window, then close the note window
5. Click the cross to clear the search, observe A is still highlighted
6. In the search bar type B
7. Open the previously created note
8. Double click the note in the note list so it opens in a new window, then close the note window
9. Click the cross to clear the search, observe A and B are still highlighted
10. Repeat indefinitely with more matching search terms, to keep on adding additional highlighting
### Expected behaviour
Opening a new note window should not cause highlighting to be permanently persisted, but searching a new term should clear all existing highlighting.
Also, if switching notebook while a search is active, the search bar gets cleared, but the highlighting is still persisted. In this case though, the highlighting is not permanent providing a new note window is note launched.

I posted a css workaround on there if you are interested. It will remove any highlighting in the note from the global search, but you just have to press ctrl+f in the note and it will automatically copy the search term and has highlighting
ctrl+f? That opens the find window but does not hide the highlight in the notes.
I mean you need to apply my css workaround which will remove all highlighting. But you can still show the contextual highlighting with ctrl+f after applying the workaround
