What issue do you have?

Hello. Has anyone experienced this issue? Whenever I first open the app, it always start like this (please see screenshot). I have to close and open it again to load properly.

Context: I recently change my distro from Debian 12 DE: XFCE4 to Parrot Security 6.2 (lorikeet) DE: Mate. I never had this issue in my previous OS.

OS Linux Mint 21.3 with Mate

Hello, I have the same issue with version 3. Every second time when I start Joplin (especially maximized) it will show a scaling issue. I have therefore activated the tray icon with which I can close the program when the scaling issue appeared.

Greetings, Maria

Hi, Maria. Yes, it needs to be manually closed. Ctrl+Q don't work. For me I simply hover my mouse to the original location of the file menu and click the quit option there. Anyway, I no longer have this issue after keeping it in maximized view, so when I open it again, it will open in maximized view.

Yes, I described the problem here.

It went away for some reason, but it's back. I also use Mate.

I run LMDE 6 (Linux Mint Debian Edition) with the Cinnamon desktop and I have never had this issue. Just sharing that, I realize it doesn't solve your issue.
