What issue do you have?
When I log in to joplin cloud, it shows “Invalid email or password”, and when I choose to retrieve my password, I can't receive an email to reset my password after entering my email address, I have check for spam massage there is nothing. Can I confirm that the email I used to log in is correct as this email used to receive the registration email in July 23, and currently every month my payment account is still being debited for the membership fee, but I can no longer log in!,can you help me?
