What issue do you have?

I backed up using the plugin Backup within Joplin. I am only using it on local, not syncing.
I have now had to reformat computer and reinstalled Joplin, but I can't find out how to restore the backup!

The backup shows a file: all_notebooks.jex plus a folder called profile which contains settings.json and another folder called plugins.

I did try copying the backup files over to the folder C:\Users\name.config\joplin-desktop but that didn't work.

You can import your notes (all_notebooks.jex) in Joplin by using the menu: "File" -> "Import" -> "JEX - Joplin Export File".

I'm not sure about the settings.json and the plugin folder. It might be possible to replace the original files.
