What issue do you have?

When I create a backup using the Joplin backups plugin, I can configure in settings whether it includes plugins in the backup. I have this checked.

However, I see no way to restore those. All it creates is a .jex file and a profile.json file which is empty, and I see no plugins installed when I import that.

How do I import plugins for new users?

Interesting question.
I think we have to do a copy/paste in the file system and not to expect an automatic procedure from Joplin.
Maybe a clue...
On the portable version (3.3.3) and Windows 11, there is a directory for pluggins: (for me : F:\JoplinProfile\plugins).
