“Press to set the decryption password” never goes away on iPhone and iPad

What issue do you have?

I simply CANNOT get rid of the orange banner in Joplin that says "Press to set the decryption password".
I do NOT want to encrypt my notes and have not set nor do I want to set the decryption level and cannot get rid of this banner. I have tried.
It is not an issue on my iMac.
I am VERY confused.
Thank you for any and ALL help and suggestions.

I only find this to appear in my iPhone and iPad not iMac versions of Joplin.
CONFUSING as all can be.
