What issue do you have?

I installed this plugin. I fail to see what it does. Not noticing anything different, whether it is on or off.

Overall looks like folks mention that this feature is already integrated in Joplin. Not sure how exactly though.

I guess this is why i don't see a difference. Since I don't know how is it looked before, then can't know how it is now changed.

might be handy to have plugins that have already been integrated be marked as such in their descriptions.

it's very rare that plugins get integrated - most of them do mention this - it's common sense - it's just that this one does not mention it - if it's really the case that it was already integrated
