What issue do you have?

Hi, used samsung smart sync to port apps and data from older Note 8 to S24 Ultra, but Joplin app is empty. Tried to configure sync but got wrong password message, requested new password but after 3 hours no message has arrived. Stuck!

Are you able to login to Dropbox on the website? If you can't remember your password and aren't getting an email from the forgotton password facility, you'll need to contact Dropbox support

Will maybe reinstall Joplin on the phone and try again.

scrap that, trying somethig else.
