Changed my mobile handset - can't use Joplin on the new phone

What issue do you have?

Changed my mobile handset - cloned the previous one and tried to log-in on the new one ... known pwd was not accepted.
Reset the pwd on the old phone and tried to log-in on the new one, still not accepted.
I can't use Joplin on the new phone :o(

Please do this:

  • Go to joplincloud.com, and selected "Reset password"
  • Reset the password
  • Use that new password in the app

That's what I did y/day and carefully noted the new pwd. Today I tried the new one and it is not accepted :cry::face_with_peeking_eye:

I swear I didn’t mistype – I repeated with care 3-times :frowning:

Not sure why it's doing this, but could you please try again to reset your password?

And when you reset the password, do you receive the email for it?

Maybe I’ve reset my pwd to the Joplin Forum and not to joplincloud.com … (attached email) :frowning:

And I cannot access joplincloud.com

I installed the App on my mobile phone.

Tapped on the burger icon ≡ in the top left corner, and selected Configuration. Then I don't find in the menu how to set Sync method to One Drive ?

It's under the Synchronisation section

Finally I managed to find: synchronization was with MS OneDrive.
Now it works :+1:
