What issue do you have?

I was prompted to add a Master Password but then Joplin would not allow any text to be entered, so I've reinstalled Joplin to my laptop.
Initial sync to my phone appeared to work correctly but now that I've added a note on the laptop it does not sync to my phone!
Until now Joplin has been a real life saver. Now its proving to be more of a liability.
Can anyone please advise how I get the old reliable Joplin back?

Could you try to enter the master password again? How does the encryption screen look, could you provide a screenshot?
