i use Joplin 1.0.233 (prod, win32) on windows and want to use the same notebook on android but without dealing with online clouds how can i do it?

You need :
- to sync Joplin with a windows folder.
- to activate IIS server in your Windows and WebDav feature
- to make the Windows sync folder
That need some hours (or days) to do it if you don't know how, and windows is not very good with WebDav.
Also you could search for a Windows app with webdav syncing.
