Notifications for macOS Big Sur

Hi all,

I am new to Joplin and it's a great program! I discovered it also has to-dos and while I use the feature, I've noticed it doesn't pop up any notifications when I set a date/time. I checked the "Notifications" section in System Preferences and it seems like it's not even registered to show notifications. I see some folks mentioning issues with iOS or Android, but nothing on the Mac, so was wondering what the state of this is and whether I can help in getting it working. :slight_smile:

I'm currently using macOS 11.1, and Joplin 1.7.6.
