Norton blocks Joplin Dropbox sync?

What issue do you have?

Depuis quelques semaines, j’ai un nouveau bug avec Joplin qui est systématiquement perturbée par Norton 360. J’ai Joplin depuis plusieurs années et Norton depuis 3 ans et je n’ai jamais eu de soucis. Pourquoi maintenant ?

Voici ce que Noerton affiche :

« Nom de menace MD:HttpRequest-inf [Susp]
Risque élevé »
Et il met les fichiers en quarantaine.

C’est des fichiers .md avec une trentaine de chiffres et lettres et c’est toujours dans C:\Users\Utilisateur.config\joplin-desktop\tmp

Je déclare chaque fois des faux positifs dans Norton avec des messages plus ou moins énervées du genre :
« It’s a Joplin Dropbox sync! Do not disturb the process please! This never happened the last years! Why now?! »

Vous avez eu des situations similaires ? Comment résoudre ça s’il vous plaît ?

Can't you add the Joplin sync folder in Dropbox to the exclusion list of Norton?

Thank you Laurent! I had just tried that and it seemed to work.. I also excluded the Joplin folder inside windows. :blush::folded_hands:

I had a similar problem with Norton 360 in mid-April, though not with synchronization, but with the backup function. As soon as it started and created temporary files in %userprofile%\.config\joplin-desktop\tmp, Norton blocked write operations.

The problem could only be resolved by manually allowing access to the path in Norton 360.

I’ve been using Norton 360 for quite some time now, and I’ve never had any problems before.
