Normal file name (readable filename)

I use synchronization through syncthing and it is important for me that the file names are readable and located in folders. I often sort note files manually or edit them through a convenient and familiar editor for me.

Is it possible to save file names at least partially? (e.g. use strict transliteration into English)
or if I rename a file, then the program continues to see this file?

I already found another great open source program that fully covers my needs. This is a Marcor - highly recommended. They have no problems with file names and more functionality. I set up synchronization works through syncthing.
