Need answers ASAP

Hello, I have another question. Hope to get some answers from you.

  1. I have accidentally flipped a switch, and Joplin Editor is typing over existing text - how to fix, please? Pressing the Insert key has no effect, and the cursor suddenly turns into a block.
  • there seem to be 3 different editors in joplin and i cannot tell which one i am using at any one time - where is the sign to tell you which editor you are using currently?
  1. shows colored HTML and format elements (split screen left)
  2. shows text formatted properly with no elements (split screen right).
  3. shows plain text, no elements or formatting (single screen editor. i want to obviously use the one formatted correctly with no formatting elements, but i only see it in split screen.

Appreciate the help!

  1. Not sure what could cause the insert mode to get stuck, but maybe try restarting joplin, see: Reverse Insert setting on a Logitech K850 keyboard

  2. There are two editors, the markdown editor and the rich text editor, you can switch between them with the buttons on the top right (M icon is the markdown editor, other one is the rich text editor)

  1. The markdown editor has three views (editor only, split view, viewer only), you can switch between them with the toggle editor layout button:
