Hello guys, I have a question.
In the Joplin mobile app for Android, how do you perform a search within a note? I can't find the search option on the menu, the triple-dot menu, or anywhere on the page. How do I search inside a note? Thanks.
Tap the edit button (note search isn't available in reading mode) and there will be a search button (magnifying glass) on the contextual toolbar on the bottom (where the formatting shortcuts for bold, italic, etc... are)
Correct, and on my phone it’s right along at the end on the right.. which is inconvenient as it’s about the only button I ever use.
Same here. I just disable some of the earlier buttons on the toolbar, so that the search button is always on screen without needing to scroll
Hi there, why is there no search on the normal menu in reading mode - 99% of the time i would not edit on mobile device.
Unfortunately, no there is not a way to search in read only mode
