when I post a URL, the right panel does not show a Hotlink anymore, just the text code

can you share the specific url, which doesn't get linked?
Also do they start with http:// or https:// ?

yes,
this is the Right side panel, it should have the hotlinks to the product, I have to copy/paste the code instead.

well, the Forum converted the code to an actual Hotlink like Joplin should have.
