Joplin only run as administrator

Hi, sorry but english is not my native languaje.

Joplin dont open or open and in the middle of the installation crashes with

“unable to open file to write”
uninstall Joplin.exe

Only can complete the installation run it as administrator.
After the installation Joplin dont open o open with blank window.
Only can run if it run as adminstrator.
The same with portable edition.

I tried disable the antivirus Microsoft Defender and disable the proteccion on properties window.

Are you by any chance running the browser (which you have used to download the exe file) as administrator?

I’m having a very similar problem. I use the portable version, but suddenly it only works if I run it as administrator.
I exported all my notes and deleted the profile folder, but didn’t work.
Now, even if I try instaling the desktop version it says the installation was wrong.
I don’t know if this is something related with the latest versions of Jopling (1.0.241 portable, 1.0.245 setup) or with my computer.
Any hint would be welcome.
