Thank you for reporting this!
Does ctrl-p -> :exportPdf
work? If not, does disabling all plugins (if any) help?
After disabling all plugins, printing worked, and after re-enabling it continues to work so thanks.
FY: Ctrl-P is listed as disabled in shortcuts; when tried, a pop up box appears with this: "Type a note title or part of its content to jump to it. Or type # followed by a tag name, or @ followed by a notebook name. Or type : to search for commands."
Clarification: Typing :exportPdf
after pressing ctrl-p is one way to run the "Export PDF" command (which shares some code with file > print). The goal of this was to help determine wither the issue was with Joplin's note exporter or with the print dialog.

Ctrl-P brings up the box and when I enter the :exportPdf it brings up a Windows File Manger window where I can specify a file name, but nothing happens after that - i.e., no PDF file is saved.
Printing does not work at all anymore. I tried disabling all Plugins and that didn't help. I decided to only re-enable the Backup, and that also did not help. Printing used to work. Not sure when it got broken as I hardly ever print anything.
Hope you can fix this!
Marian
P.S. Still using Windows 10
Thank you for checking!
I've opened a pull request that should fix this:
the export PDF shows the window, and takes a file name but then does not save anything. Also, yesterday's report of success, is now followed by failure, again. All plug-in off, rebooted No print, no PDF export....Something with this set up, as I can print same file from iPhone (tho without formatting)
You are correct! I have the same problem as of today with version 3.3.10. Won't print from either of two computers; confirmed that these machines do not have a problem printing otherwise.
Joplin's wonderful, as are those who maintain and improve it. Will donate again with no regrets.

Me too but under LINUX only (not under Windows). 3.3.10.
