Anyone?? please?

Do you use the WebDAV URL for your nextcloud instance?

Yes - On my iphone Joplin app I go to synchronisation and I choose synchronisation target: Nextcloud. In there I put the Nextcloud webDAV URL ( that i get from Nextcloud under file settings) and Ithe password. As I said it syncs fine on my computer. But using the same settings on my iphone give me that error. I don´t really know what to try next

I´m not getting a lot of help on this forum ... Is this the only way to fix a problem with Joplin? Can we actually contact Joplin? It´s been more than a week and I got no assistance or support

Joplin is a free and open source piece of software, so you cannot really expect individual support on the same level as with paid software. That said, the users on this forum are usually very helpful in trying to solve various problems.

The issue here is that it doesn't seem to be a lot to work with except for a vague error message. You should at least try to find maybe logs both from the Joplin's and the Nextcloud's side, and then upload them here.

Also, when it comes to iOS specifically, I've seen people mentioning that you needed to use HTTPS there instead of just HTTP, so you may want to check your URL in this regard too.

THanks
Tried the HTTPS - didn´t work either
Here´s the log:

Just for the record, as I myself likely won't be able to help with Nexcloud issues specifically, but your site doesn't seem to be accessible.

Ok thanks for letting me know
Here are the logs: JOPLIN ERROR LOG

I had a look on your logfile and it looks like you trying to connect to a joplin server and not to a WebDAV share.

09-14T14:45:52: JoplinServerApi: curl -v -X POST -H "X-API-MIN-VERSION: 2.6.0" -H "Content-Type: application/json" -H "Content-Length: 110" --data '{"email":"peterpint.director@gmail.com","password":"******","platform":5,"type":2,"version":"13.0.7"}' 'https://100.108.73.51:22300/api/sessions'
09-14T14:45:52: JoplinServerApi: Code: <undefined>
09-14T14:45:52: JoplinServerApi: TypeError: Network request failed
TypeError: Network request failed

Can you doublecheck this?
And if there is WebDAV choosen, can you please switch to another option and back to Webdav or Nextcloud?

I'm not sure if Nextcloud has his own api. So maybe if you choose nextcloud, you dont need the WebDAV URL. But then, I think to remember, it will sync in a folder directly under "\Apps" and this can not be changed.

But if you chose WebDAV it is possible to also choose the sync Folder via WebDAV URL.

Sorry, my expirience with nextcloud are a few years old,
