Joplin does not start on Win10 20H2 32bit

The last version working is Joplin 1.3.18 (prod, win32).

All following versions just hang in the taskmanager with 0 % CPU usage.

I even installed a fresh Win10 32bit. Not working either.
What can I do?

If I remember correctly from another thread or issue, win 32 bit is no longer supported by the new electron version witch Joplin is using.
