Joplin Cloud Plan Features

I would like to suggest the following for the Joplin Cloud plans....

Free Plan

  • No storage space
  • Sync as many devices as you want
  • Share and collaborate on a notebook

Basic Plan

  • Set per note attachment size limit
  • 1 GB storage space
  • Publish notes to the internet
  • Sync as many devices as you want
  • Web Clipper
  • Share and collaborate on a notebook

Pro Plan

  • Set per note attachment size limit
  • 10 GB storage space
  • Publish notes to the internet
  • Sync as many devices as you want
  • Web Clipper
  • Share and collaborate on a notebook

Teams Plan

  • Set per note attachment size limit
  • 10 GB storage space
  • Publish notes to the internet
  • Sync as many devices as you want
  • Web Clipper
  • Share and collaborate on a notebook
  • Manage multiple users
  • Consolidated billing
  • Sharing access control
  • Priority support

Here are the changes from the current plans...

  • A new free plan which will not have any storage and can only create and edit notes from notebook that are shared from other users.
  • All the plans have no limit on per note or attachment, instead a limit can be set by any of the plans except for the free plan which will be a setting in Joplin Cloud.
  • Basic plan can share and collaborate on a notebook

Not sure if the free plan can be possible with 0 storage space. If shared notes are duplicated and stored in each Joplin Cloud account, instead I would suggest the free plan to have very little storage such as 100MB or 500MB or even have a cheaper plan than the Basic plan with 100MB or 500MB for users who just use Joplin to access shared notes from others.

And the only difference from the Basic and Pro plan is storage space, the basic plan and pro plan will have the same features. The Teams plans will have addition features which is only for using Joplin in a team were an admin can have admin control to manage user accounts.
