is there a way to create a file system link that points IN to a joplin note?

evenote had (I suppose still has) a scheme where you could point a link in a windows file directory, and clicking on said link would bring a particular evernote note. I am talking about having the file system point back into joplin, rather than joplin pointing out.

The markdown link seems to be a unique value - anybody know how to put that in a windows link?

There's no way at the moment. It has been discussed and there were plans to implement it, but it hasn't been done yet.
