Is it possible to remove the circle that appears in the note list?

What issue do you have?

Can this indicator be removed from the Note List? I find it distracting and, for my purposes, unnecessary.

@damian-lunny welcome to the forum.

You can switch it off using the Show checkbox completion chart in note list option in Tools > Options > Appearance
